By using Meerath (meerathkitchen.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using the recipes

Recipes, images and text are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may cook from them and share a link to the page; you may not copy, republish, sell or use the content commercially without our written permission.

2. All recipes are halal

All Meerath recipes are halal: no pork, alcohol or wine, and where it matters we say to use halal-certified products (such as soy sauce, processed meats and gelatine). If you notice anything that falls short of this, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it promptly.

3. Chef Meerath (AI)

Answers from Chef Meerath and photo reviews are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. They are not medical or dietary advice and are no substitute for a doctor or dietitian. If you have an allergy, a medical condition or a special diet, check the ingredients yourself. You are responsible for food safety and preparation, especially the doneness of meat, poultry and seafood.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. The information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site.

5. User content

Any text or image you submit (questions, dish photos, messages) remains yours, and you give us a limited licence to process it as needed to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights. Do not submit abusive or unlawful content, or content about others without their permission.

6. Intellectual property and credits

The site's design, text, logo and arrangement of content belong to Meerath. Some images are AI-generated or licensed from their sources; sources and credits are listed in the CREDITS file and on the relevant pages. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, write to us through the contact page.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site with automated tools, bypass usage limits, try to hack or disrupt the site, or abuse the voting and review features.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep recipes accurate but cannot guarantee they are error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any harm arising from their use or from relying on AI answers.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
